You might have come across a situation where you want to know how many of your colleagues want to go for a movie or how many want to go for Dinner or How many agree to some new company policy or how many of them want to join Gym along with you. Like wise in many scenarios we want to know the opinion of our group members without catching them face to face.
You can use the Voting feature in Outlook to easily create polls and gather choices and opinions from coworkers in an organization that uses Microsoft Exchange Server. It can be as informal or as official as you want. You set up the poll in an e-mail message and send it. When votes come in, Outlook tabulates them automatically for you. It couldn’t be easier. Watch the demo to see how it’s done and then give it a try.
